Refunds, Returns, and Cancellation Policy

At SocialBee Works, we are committed to providing high-quality services that help small businesses and nonprofits stay top-of-mind with their audiences. Since our business is service-based and does not involve physical products, this policy explains how service agreements, cancellations, and changes are handled.


1. No Refunds or Returns

  • All services provided by SocialBee Works are digital and/or advisory in nature.
  • Because our services involve customized planning, content creation, and strategy development, we do not offer refunds or returns once a service agreement is executed.
  • Clients are encouraged to review all deliverables carefully and communicate any concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

2. Service Review and Revisions

  • Clients will have the opportunity to review all materials, deliverables, and drafts provided as part of their service.
  • Any feedback, questions, or requested changes should be communicated during this review period.
  • We are happy to discuss reasonable adjustments to the work to ensure it meets agreed-upon expectations, but this does not constitute a refund or cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel a service contract, clients must provide at least 30 days’ written notice via email to socialBeeWorks@gmail.com.
  • Cancellation requests must include your name, contract reference, and reason for cancellation.
  • Services completed prior to the cancellation notice remain billable, and any unpaid fees are due according to the terms of the original agreement.

4. Fees and Costs

  • There are no additional fees for standard service revisions communicated within the review period.
  • Clients remain responsible for paying for any services completed prior to a cancellation notice, in accordance with the service agreement.
